Lone break survivor, Gino MADER (BAHRAIN VICTORIOUS): Today was an absolutely awesome day for the team with Jack Haig moving up to 9th in the GC. We had Dylan and me in the breakaway, and from the beginning, I felt quite well, and I hoped to get relatively fresh to the final, and as soon as we hit the final slopes, it was just a 40-minute all-out effort, and unfortunately, Roglič caught me in the final and delegated me to second place, but I’m still super happy with my performance today, and proud to have done such a good job with all the team.”		share this photo

Race leader Primož ROGLIČ (SLO/JUMBO-VISMA) wins his third stage: "I always want to win", Roglic said. "I saw an opportunity and I took it. It was a short, but tough stage. In the end it was very tight, but luckily I managed to take the win. The team controlled the stage well and luckily I was able to finish it off for them. Paris-Nice is a great race and I would like to add it to my palmares. But we are not there yet. I expect the necessary attacks tomorrow and we have to stay sharp and focused to bring the victory home."		share this photo
