June 15 update: The traditional final stage of this fine race is in Saint Georges, base camp for all the stages. But, this hilly circuit race is no ceremonial final stage. In 2011, Svein Tuft got away on the final descent and won by 18s and last year Bruno Langlois (Garneau-Quebecor-Norton Rose) won from a successful break. Francisco Mancebo gave himself a little more breathing room on Stage 5, but there are still two riders within eight seconds of the lead. — Steve

June 12 update: Stage 3 ends with a summit finish on Mont-Mégantic, a 6.6 km @ 7.7% climb, peaking up in the middle of the 55 km² Parc national du Mont-Mégantic. There are also a lot of rollers starting at the halfway point of the stage as we make our way south during the Queen Stage of the race. Marc De Maar (UHC) won this stage in 2010, Francisco Mancebo (Competitive Cyclist) won in 2011 and Matt Cooke (Exergy) won it last year. — Steve
