July 23 post: The traditional flat, ceremonial stage with circuits on the Champs-Elysées in Paris. The sprint will decide the winner of the Green Jersey where Mark Cavendish holds a 15 pt lead over Jose Rojas (Movistar). Expect Mark Cavendish to win his fifth sprint finish this Tour and his first Green Jersey. The GC battle is over. Provided he finishes, Cadel Evans is your 2011 Tour de France winner.
