September 18 post: For the ceremonial (final) stage, we'll start in San Sebastián de los Reyes and then head south for the traditional finish in Madrid where several circuits will be the prelude to a sprint finish. A short, flat stage sets up nicely for one final sprint finish win by Mark Cavendish, but Tyler Farrar looked good on Stage 18.
It will be a beautiful day in Madrid on Sunday to celebrate the end to a great Vuelta. Thanks for tuning in.
