Roman Kreuziger of Liquigas gave a good dig with 3 km to go

Every bike racing fan should like this guy's style. April's Tour de Romandie overall winner can lay down credible attacks. Today, he was looking to cut into the 42 second lead Tadej Valjavec holds.

Fabian Cancellara of Team Saxo Bank did most of the chasing. Kim Kirchen is about to make his decisive move.

At the back of the chase group, riders (as in Ryder Hesjedal of Garmin) have entered the house of pain.

What's up with Andy Schleck the last two days?

Kim Kirchen came around Roman Kreuziger in the final 150m for another Team Columbia win.

"I'm not here to train for results, I'm here for results", Kirchen said post race

Roman Kreuziger's good effort wasn't quite enough, but he did cut 11 seconds off of Tadej Valjavec's race lead

A win like this can do wonders for your Tour de France team selection chances. Tomorrow's stage finishes on Crans-Montana where Kim Kirchen also won last year.

The ladies are really starting to dig Tadej Valjavec in Yellow.
