I've put together this tech note to explain why some users are having problems viewing the Eurosport Tour de France Video Highlights
The fastest way for me to deliver the Eurosport videos is to mix their WMV9 asx video files in a QuickTime container. This gives the highest quality and it's easy do from my Mac. (Sorry, this is a one man operation.) Windows or Macintosh users should be able to view them if you have up-to-date software.

Windows Users:

Make sure you have the latest Windows Media Player installed or try installing this WMV9 component.

Mac Users:

You must have the free Flip4Mac QuickTime component installed.
Both Windows and Mac users should have the free, latest QuickTime Player installed.
