Berkeley Bicycle BoulevardsFellow bike videographer, Clarence Eckerson Jr. has posted a new video on the history and design of traffic calming devices in Berkeley where I live. He says "Berkeley, California sports some of the best bicycling amenities anywhere in the U.S. They are called Bicycle Boulevards - and are essentially bicycle priority streets - where thru traffic is diverted from the neighborhood and traffic calming is plenty." Clarence does a great job at documenting urban biking across the country especially in New York City where he lives.
